ATTORNEY BRANDON KUHN

Brandon Kuhn is an experienced trial lawyer who represents victims of negligence. Brandon focuses his practice in the areas of automobile negligence, medical malpractice, slip and falls, premises liability, and negligent security. His extensive experience defending these types of claims while working for the insurance companies provides Brandon with the inside knowledge necessary to properly evaluate and prosecute claims for his clients to ensure maximum recovery.
BACKGROUND
Brandon was born and raised in Florida, growing up in the Orlando area. He attended the University of Florida where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business. Brandon then attended the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2006.
Upon graduating law school, Brandon began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the 13th Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County. Serving 6 ½ years as a prosecutor, Brandon gained extensive trial experience and earned a reputation for excellence in trial practice. His success culminated in his appointment to serve as the lead trial attorney for the Sex Offender Division.
In 2013, Brandon began his insurance defense career working for a local defense firm that specialized in medical malpractice defense, nursing home defense, and general insurance defense. Brandon then transitioned his practice to automobile insurance defense and spent the past 5 years working “in house” for two large national insurance carriers.
These valuable experiences have provided Brandon with the insight and skills necessary to provide the highest quality trial presentations to judges and juries and thus maximize recovery for his clients.
